Heated grips are fitted as standard – they’re a £216 accessory for the regular V85 TT. A larger screen is available as an optional extra, too. That said, the rear brake does suffer with intrusive ABS, which can be switched off entirely, should you desire. The bike itself is unreliable. Instead, the modes allow you to change the ABS, traction control, throttle response and the engine-braking settings. It isn’t a power hungry dirt destroying machine, but it does make a quality versatile touring rig for those who might need to navigate gravel roads to access your campsite.
